What the quote form collects

Four things: your name, a phone number, the property address or street and town, and the kind of bathroom or kitchen job. The form also records the page you sent it from and whether you arrived from a search engine, another site or a bookmark, so we know which pages are useful.

How it is used

The request is delivered by email through FormSubmit, a form delivery service, and used only to answer it: a call or text about the job and a quote. It is not sold, rented or added to marketing lists.

Visit statistics

Page views, form sends and taps on phone links are counted with lightweight analytics. There are no advertising cookies and nothing that follows you to other websites.

Deleting your details

Send the quote form again with "please delete my details" in the job box, using the same phone number as before, and the request and its email copy will be deleted.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
